New airport Scanner can detect liquid explosives

No need to dump your water bottles at airport security, as new airport scanner is smart enough to tell the difference between water and liquid explosives. Also the security rules that cause frustration to passenger at security desks when they were forced to throw away drink containers, perfume bottles, and sun cream before boarding will end soon.

The scanner, which has been developed by British scientists, can even check the barcode to make sure the contents haven’t been tampered with.

Scanners will be in action by April 2011, allowing passengers to carry liquids on board.
